Planning & Zoning Division
The Planning and Zoning Division maintains a focused approach to long term and short term visioning for the community.
The division administers and enforces the City Zoning Code as it relates to the zoning districts, sign districts, subdivision regulations, development within federal floodplain and wireless communication facilities.
The division also regulates how land may be used AND where buildings, signs, parking areas and fences may be placed on a lot.
